NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
By participating in The Other Boleyn Girl Royal Getaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Monster Worldwide, Inc. and its subsidiary, Tickle, Inc. (collectively, the “Sponsor”).  Sponsor is located at
222 Sutter Street, 5th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94108.

  1. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 2:00 PM ET, February 11, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM ET, March 2, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
  2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), age eighteen (18) or older.  Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its licensors and prize suppliers, Pop2Life, LLC  and each of their respective advertising and/or promotion agencies, and each of their respective affiliates, and any other person or entity associated with this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate family members and household members of each such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to enter.   All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  Void where prohibited by law.
  3. PRIVACY. All personal information submitted as part of the Sweepstakes will be handled in compliance with Sponsor’s Tickle privacy policy, located at http://web.tickle.com/about/privacy.jsp. 
  4. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, complete the official entry form found at www.theotherboleyngirlsweeps.com (the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period. All required data must be completed to be eligible to enter. The Sponsor’s  clock will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.  In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account as of date of entry. All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Participants may enter as many times as they wish. Every entry submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual entrant, only at the Website. Automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from any related e-mail or IP addresses may be blocked.  Entries submitted by any other individual or any entity originating at any other Internet web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and, as such, ruled ineligible for this Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor.  The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: (a) any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, (b) garbled or jumbled transmissions, (c) service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, (d) unauthorized human intervention, (e) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information or the failure to capture any such information.
  5. Sponsor/Administrator: The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Tickle, Inc. with offices at 222 Sutter Street, 5th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94108.  The Administrator is Pop2Life, LLC, with offices at 247 Centre Street, 6th Floor, New York, NY  10013.
  6. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded and consists of: A three (3) night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to Thornbury, England (“Trip”).  Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $4,500 depending on location of winner, fares at time of departure and prize pack availability. Trip includes: (i) round-trip coach air transportation to Bristol International Airport for Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Grand Prize Winner’s residence; (ii) ground transportation between the airport and Thornbury Castle Hotel  in England; (iii) three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax) at Thornbury Castle Hotel,  (iv) spa treatments at Thornbury CastleHotel,; and (v) dinner for 2 on one evening at Thornbury Castle Hotel.  All other costs and expenses not mentioned herein, including but not limited to additional hotel amenities or fees and gratuities, are the responsibility of Grand Prize Winner and his or her traveling companion. Travel and hotel accommodations subject to availability.  Grand Prize travel must be completed within six (6) months of being awarded the prize. The Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable.  Airfare provided by Sponsor does  not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee.  Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles.  Other travel restrictions may apply, including black-out dates.  Changes are not permitted after ticket issue.  All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes.  The actual value of the prize may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations.  If the actual value turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash.  In the event the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her travel companion engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or his or her travel companion home with no further compensation.  No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if a prize listed is unavailable for any reason.  Applicable portions of the Grand Prize will be delivered only to an address in the United States.

    Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the approximate retail value of the prize.  Arrangements for the fulfillment of the Grand Prize will be made by the Administrator, acting on behalf of Sponsor. 

  7. Winner Selection/Odds:  The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator on or about March 3, 2008 from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The decisions of the Administrator are final and binding.  Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received.
    Winner Notification: Sponsor will notify the potential winner by phone or e-mail on or about March 4, 2008 and will require potential winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability and (where legal) publicity release (“Winner’s Affidavit”).  If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during five (5) business days from the first notification attempt, or if a potential winner does not return an executed Winner’s Affidavit within seven (7) days of issuance, or if an entrant is otherwise found to be ineligible, such potential winner will forfeit the applicable prize and an alternate winner will be selected.  If a potential winner is a person who is not of the legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (“minor”), the minor winner's parent or legal guardian will be required to execute the Affidavit on the minor winner’s behalf.  Grand Prize Winner’s travel companion must also sign a travel release.  If the Grand Prize Winner’s travel companion is a minor, he or she must travel with a parent or legal guardian, who shall be responsible for paying his or her own way, unless the Grand Prize Winner is the parent or legal guardian of the minor travel companion.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate winner, if any.
  8. Release of Liability; Dispute Resolution: By entering the Sweepstakes, all entrants  release and hold harmless each of the Sweepstakes Entities from any damage, injury, death, loss or other liability of any kind, either at law or equity, whether known or unknown, asserted or non-asserted, that may arise from or in any way relate to the Sweepstakes, entrants’ participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes, or the awarding, acceptance, use,  misuse, or inability to use,  of any prize or component thereof.  Further, entrants acknowledge that the Sweepstakes Entities have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize and specifically disclaim all such warranties, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.  This Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, regardless of principles of conflicts of laws that may require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.  Any action or litigation concerning this Sweepstakes shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in California, and each entrant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts.  Each entrant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of California.  ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES.  ENTRANTS HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
  9.
